INTISARIKualitas penyampaian informasi pada situs http://sipp-mas.jogjakota.go.id yang digunakan oleh dinas kesehatan pemerintah kota Yogyakarta untuk menyampaikan masih tergolong rendah. Portal ini masyarakat berupa RT/RW Siaga, Posyandu dan Kawasan Bebas Rokok. Situs telah dibangun bisa diakses secara terbuka. Meskipun sudah publik, namun menurut evaluasi, tidak memberikan lugas jelas. Pengguna juga mengalami kesulitan melakukan navigasi. Penelitian mencoba membuktikan hal tersebut dengan pengujian antarmuka pengalaman pengguna, serta membangun rancangan sesuai rekomendasi diperoleh. Metode adalah metode usabilitas Think-Aloud Protocol, expert review survei. Hasil penelitian usulan prototype hi-fi menggunakan figma diuji mendapatkan hasil baik.
